Prison Reform Activists

• Draft and organize the political changes that we want to put into motion on both a state and federal level once we have congressional power.
• Contact families of wrongfully convicted ask for their participation. Let them know we will be getting every wrongfully convicted individual a new trial.
• Contact families of those convicted crimes involving marijuana and those being held for trial, ask for their participation. Let them know we are going to have everyone free’d. One of the days of the constitutional revolution they will all be let out so we have to prepare the paperwork.
• Organize a parole board because The Vanguard will be who decides if people get parole from now on.
• Organize a voting system in your area and get the votes of the people that way everything is already ready to be passed once we achieve political power.
• Host rallies and marches and pass out flyers. Advocate and educate to get people to participate. Police Reform Activists • Draft and organize the political changes on a state and federal level that we want to put into motion once we gain political power. • Contact families of victims affected by police violence and ask them to join us. • Organize a voting system in your area and get the votes of the people that way everything is already ready to be passed once we achieve political power.
• Host rallies and marches and pass out flyers. Advocate and educate to get people to participate.
• Once we achieve political change you will handle complaints against police and have the authority to bring forth a lawsuit on behalf of the people, just like the commission of discrimination and attorney general Is supposed to but fails. 

Political Prisoner Advocates

• Contact the organizations helping and families of all political prisoners, inform them of our efforts to free them. Ask for their help and participation.
• Host rallies and events to educate the public on why they should participate in these boycotts. 

City Organizers

• We need a city organizer for every city in every state. You will be in charge of uniting with other activist groups in your city and state. Pass out fliers, organize and host rallies, advocate and educate.
• All city organizers will become the head representative and spokesperson for their city once we achieve this constitutional revolution and the vanguard is established as part of Congress. 

Inspector Generals

• The Vanguard needs a minimum of 128 inspector generals for government oversight. Inspector generals will keep a congressional check on the President’s power and a balance against his or her discretion in implementing laws and making regulations. Inspector generals will have congressional investigative powers over the federal agencies and the cabinet that make up the executive branch of government. Once the Vanguard is enacted into congress this will be a paid position.

Human Trafficking & Missing Persons Activists

• Identify and draft laws that need to be in place to protect human trafficking and missing persons.
• Identify changes that need to be made in the system.
• Organize a voting system in your area and get the votes of the people that way everything is already ready to be passed once we achieve political power.
• Contact the families of and organizations that help victims and ask for their participation.
• Host rallies and marches and pass out flyers. Advocate and educate to get people to participate.
• We are developing a program similar to 911 but specifically for missing and human trafficked persons. It will be a 2-digit number and once it is dialed an automatic tracking will trace the phone call and notify our teams where it came from, and we will immediately show up on site and do a full search of the premises. No knock warrants will only be allowed for suspected missing and trafficked persons.
• We are looking for at least 25 crowdsourcing specialists to volunteer for our missing persons department. 

Immigration, Environmental,Agricultural, Education, Animal Rights, health, Housing and, Government Reform Activists

• Draft and organize the political changes that we want to put into motion once we have the political power to do so on a state and federal level.
• Organize a voting system in your area and get the votes of the people that way everything is already ready to be passed once we achieve political power.
• Host rallies and marches and pass out flyers. Advocate and educate to get people to participate.
